Weather here in Sella ...
Sella enjoys a pure Mediterranean climate - Warm Wet Winters and Hot Dry Summers. That´s the theory at any rate.

But the winters are not particularly wet, winter evenings aren´t always warm and the rain peaks in  October. Rain has been scarce these last few years and climbers still find October a rewarding month - first weekend in October is Sella´s main Fiesta and it´s just not allowed to rain!

Figures below are for Alicante city, some 25km away, and give an idea of the monthly pattern. In winter months, bring appropriately warm clothing - your fleeces and woolly hats will be worn, even if some days you´re able to lie stripped in the afternoon sun
